TGI Justice Project (TGIJP) is seeking a Development Coordinator to join our team to assist in the income and economic growth of the organization. The ideal candidate is part of the trans community or has experience working in the trans community; is familiar with the criminal (in)justice system; has knowledge of grassroots fundraising strategies, managing individual donors, event planning, capacity building, and grant writing; and is flexible and enjoys a family-style work environment.
